If your computer has a wireless network adapter installed and the adapter is turned on, you will be able to view a list of available wireless networks.
To view the list and connection options, follow these steps:
- Open Connect to a Network by right-clicking the network icon in the notification area
- In the list of available wireless networks, click a network, and then click Connect
