Napster also offers a Napster To Go membership that allows users to transfer downloaded music to MP3 players. Audible: Forget about books on tape – now you can download audiobooks from Audible. Audiobook files are downloaded in .aa format, which will conveniently bookmark your place when you stop the playback. Audible also provides newspapers, magazines and radio shows.
Wal Mart Music Downloads: Don’t want to commit to a membership? No problem, Wal-Mart Music Downloads allows you to purchase and download individual songs for about $1 and complete albums for about $10. Then, you can transfer your downloaded music to CD, your MP3 player or another computer. Yahoo! Music: Play and save over 2 million songs from the Yahoo! Music library. You can keep your downloaded music as long as you are a subscriber and for less than $1 each, you can burn songs to CD.
