Step 1: Open K-9 Mail.

Step 2: Choose Next to set up account.

Step 3: Type in your mycitycable.com email address and password.

• Step 4: Choose Next.

Step 5: Choose IMAP.

Step 6: Enter Incoming Server settings as follows:

• Username: prefilled
• Password: prefilled
• IMAP server: mail.mycitycable.com
• Security type: SSL (OFF)
• Authentication Type: PASSWORD
• Port: 143
• Leave other options as default.

Step 7: Choose Next.

Step 8: Enter Outgoing Server settings as follows:

• SMTP server: mail.mycitycable.com
• Security type: SSL (OFF)
• Port: 587
• Require sign-in: checked
• Authentication Type: PASSWORD
• Your username and password should be prefilled.

Step 9:  Choose Next.

*Configure settings for the behavior of the mail

Step 10: Choose Next.

Step 11: Give this account a name: Your Email Address (e.g: myname@mycitycable.com)

Step 12: Type your name: [enter your name as you would like it displayed].

Step 13: Select Done
