To create a dial up connection, follow these steps:

1. Click the Start button
2. Click Control Panel
3. In the search box, type network, click Network and Sharing Center
4. Click Set up a new connection or network
5. Double-click Connect to the Internet
6. The Connection Wizard will guide you though configuring the dial up connection
