To play music and hear sound on your computer, you must have a sound card and speaker installed. To control the level of volume, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start button
2. Click Control Panel, then click Hardware and Sound.
   Under Audio Devices and Sound
3. Click Adjust system volume.
4. Under Main Volume, click and drag the slider up and down to raise or lower the volume.
